EDI Advisory Council

Ivey’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Advisory Council was established in September 2020, under the leadership of Dean Sharon Hodgson, in alignment with Ivey’s renewed commitment to EDI.

The EDI Council will advise the School as we advance meaningful organizational change, including offering diverse perspectives and best practices on EDI issues, establishing EDI goals, ensuring measurement of progress, and eliciting ongoing feedback from the broader Ivey community.

The Council will include representation from various stakeholder groups, including alumni, faculty, staff, and students, reflecting the diverse perspectives, experiences, and knowledge of the Ivey community and the business world.
